the company wanted a website, but didnt want to be bothered with my questions, so i used a lot of content filler [ie..BullSh|+]

Looks hectic and unorganized. On the intro you may want to up the framerate to make it a bit smoother aswell.

flash intros alright.. i don;t like the font used

The actual web page seems as suggested a bit hectic

I don't like the Date display at the top. i think it should be moved to the right and underneath the phone number etc...thats if you want to keep it at all.

The top left should be predominantly your logo \ company name

the flash on the left hand side needs cleaning up the font seems very blurred and you cant read what it says.

the Main bulk of the writing doesnt seem to sit right on the background. it goes outside the
dark blue boxes you have designed.

also i don't like ther change in background at the bottom. it looks like you haveadded this last minute to bulk up the page.

You got these few design aspects to sort out but the site should be good after that...
