Why did you use XHTML in the iframe but not in the document that contains the iframe?

In the about section the text comes 2 the edge of the area... don't do that, it looks ugly in my opinion and makes it harder to read.
I'm not really sure what the website is about, but the basic system is quite good. |

The doctype determines how browsers should render web pages.

Kravvits that's really not very clear at all.
AzoiC the page that the iframe displays is very neatly and correctly coded with only 5 mistakes (2 <img>s should have been <img />s and you shouldn't have dashes in element id attributes) where as the page that has the iframe on is a terribly coded: no doctype, table based layout and presentational html (all of wich are bad) I can't see why there's such a difference. hmm so the most common mistake is not having the doctype stated on hte main page?? ok ok thx i'll try n add the code in.. but i how bad is it by not putting the doctype tag in? i mean.. u can still view the page fine right?

You can view the page fine yes, but can everyone else? Not having a doctype just throws your browser into quirks mode with makes things pretty unpredictable.
Also, you've shown that your capable of using sematic code, so why are you still using an outdated table based layout? |

Wow, that's some pretty impresive software what did that (just for reference it's open source, not freeware).
o.k. I can't see any difference with your scroll bar, at all, so what was it you were aiming for? And I'm gonna say it again, less with the tables!! (click for info) |

Not possible, never has been.
It can be done in IE, but I wouldn't bother. |
