i would say that the colour of the links in your main menu is too close to that of the background, also having the link as just the text is a bit confusing, it would make much more sense and improve usability to have the whole thing clickable.

you could greatly reduce your bandwidth costs by switch from a table based design to divs and css, it according to some would also improve your search engine rankings.

i'd also consider a different color than red for links on the page - the red clashes and it hard to read against the purple background.

im on a mac, so it looks kinda messed up on the right hand side of the site.. the reason is because the input boxes are so much bigger on my browser that it broke the borders of the boxes on the right. a simple javascript "if, then" browser detection script should do the trick.

on the left side, there is a big gap between the text and the right border, so i'd recommend making the left side thinner. i dont know if that'd be a good thing because the right and left side need to be proportionate.. =/

the center area is kinda confusing. i think its because the over-doing of the colors. the site is overall too dark, i think. the links in the left menu are really cool on rollover.. the active color doesnt need to be blue on a blue background. i have to squint my eyes to read it.

i like the idea that you're going for. the site is useful and it didnt take long for me to understand why it is what it is, so i give you props on that. good job
