Hi, my site is System 28, I would like to have the design and functionality reviewed. By this I mean do you think its easy to understand what the site does and how to use it.
Some of the graphics were made by one of the members and the rest by me, I coded it all myself so if you find any bugs or anything then let me know, almost sure there arent any though. Thanks

nice enough design but loose the blinking text in the banner, its annoying. also i didnt quite get from the get-go what the purpose of the site is. you should define that point a bit more.
