There are still some CSS kinks to work out, and it partially uses Tables. The Designer created it with tables and my CSS knowledge could not convert it all, It displays fine in all browsers so until I can get it changed (to work in all browsers again) it will stay like that. Back with a whole new design and loads more features, The 8 Simple Rules Site. Thanks in advance for any constructive comments. |

Simple. I like it.
You could use a rollover effect for those nav links at the top. You should also stay away from grey text on grey background. That can be hard to read for some people. I suggest sticking with black text. Maybe use a different background colour for each box. A lighter grey would work nicely to bring out your content.

yeah, looks good, but perhaps the colors are a little too simple. I hate to say it, but the most lively looking peice right now is the advertisment. Don't be upstaged by that. Do some subtle highlights and add a little more color to it.
