Hello!

-I've just launched a website, ubermondo.com, and I'd love to get your input. It's a community-driven site (using drupal, and there aren't very many users yet, so there isn't a lot of content yet, but I'd still like to hear what you think.

Thanks,
Dieter

Thumbs up

This is great - my kind of site. That blog look & feel is well trendy and I guess will date soon enough (those browse calendars are becoming a bit of a cliche). Nice clean XHTML. You could move some more of the CSS out to the external style sheet. "charset=utf-8" hmmm - why? Like the spectacles and the BG. Good stuff all round.

Thanks for the input about the calendar -- I was kind of on the fence about it, and have now made it an option (it's hidden by default, but registered users can turn it on if they want).

Anyway, I'm glad you like the site; please come back anytime. It'll get better as more people post stories, comments, etc., so please feel free to tell your friends about it, too

Thanks again,
Dieter
