Goal: Blogging about my personal life, experiences and opinions. Sharing news that are of interest to myself. From time to time creating wallpapers, skins etc. Sharing movie reviews. Getting to know new people that like to communicate with me through my website.

Review Request: Please review the website as a whole and focus on the parts that strike to you most.


Note: I am aware of the fact that my website is not optimized for resolutions below 1024x768.

I like the site; the newspaper column idea is really cool.. but just as a personal thing i loved it on the shorter posts, but with the longer posts it was just a plain pain to read all the way down then have to scroll all the way up then scroll all the way down and repeat a third time...

also, that's a lot of text on one screen - it works and i like it but it may be hard for some people to focus - it does a great job of giving a newspaper impression, though.

the buttons in the music box don't show up

I love the color scheme etc, the entire site is great; its really just the reading of the longer posts thats a stumbling block for me.

i like the whole newspaper vibe you have going on and the way that's carried through the site....
there is a *lot* of text there on the main page but then again newspapers are full of that

lisajill, thank you very much for the review. I thought about the problem with the longer texts also. Do you think an anchor-tag would be a solution, maybe put as a button at the bottom of an entry, so that people can press it to get back to the top of an entry? That's what I thought about.

The buttons of the Music Box probably don't show up for you, because you don't have RealPlayer installed on your machine. I was told the same by other people already, too, because of that.

Whatever music you have embedded pops up in another window asking about download in Mozilla. I'd see if there's another way to embed it or maybe not rely upon realplayer.

Other than that, great looking site. I like the newspaper theme also. The anchor link at the bottom of long text columns would be a good idea.
