Nice looking site, you've got a sleek design going on which i like. Mabye a bit more in the banner, not much, just subtle hints, to make it look even better. First bit of text in the Frame could be smaller, as it ruins the effect you have on the rest of the page. Apart from that, its looking great. Looks nice and easy to Navigate, tells us what your about immediatly. Yea, its good.

oh, and I'd suggest losing that thing on the right and replace it with a vertical scrolling marquee?

I agree with the banner comment (alteregoCB). Now heres my advice:

Bigger writing - I can harly read it, and the font for the links to the right of the text have a font difficult to read that looks out of place. Dont use different size text in one hyperlink (tutorials and examples)

Content - You might want to explain your services a bit more, what are you offering? Why do you want the infomation. What proof do I have that you'll do a good job? Give examples of what you have done / could do. I know your site is under devolpment, but these are some suggestions for the completed version.

Templates - Dont open a new page, just put the graphic in a new page.

Apart from that, I like it, sleek design and nice to the eye!
