Needs to be a bit more focused

Zubair,

I like the site. The problem I had is that there is nothing to tell me what it really is about until I read all the categories.

It might be better to focus on just one or two of the main categories (e.g. World Discussion or Fun Stuff). Most of the others are already being done very successfully elsewhere so it will be really hard to build up enough forum users.

It could do with a spellcheck too.

Hope that helps.

Its a typical Nuke clone I believe. There are some empty tags and not good applied CSS tags here and there.

Its a bit chaotic for my taste.

you need to focus more... there is WAY too much going on for me to even what to stay on your site for more than 10 seconds.

Get rid of lot of the 'extras' and break down your menus/navigation into its core components. Id also suggest that you enlarge the font to 11 or 12 pixels (easier on the eyes).

Design a more catchy header. Just plain blue is boring, at the very least add something to it.

An actual Home page would be good to. The index page is very important to inform the user about what they should expect and gives them an idea about what they are to experience. Your home page is just the forum which just throws the user into the middle of some jibberish.

To make things short you need alot of work still. I'm not saying its terrible, because I've seen alot worse.

Instead of making the forum your site, try working the forum into your site. Take all this advice into consideration and I think you'll be on your way to a better site in no time.

be a little more organised and use smal size fonts.
