I'm not so sure it is a good idea to have all those images on the first page. Makes the main page kinda heavy to load.

I enjoyed going to your site, very funny jokes and picturers and AV clips

Look of your site is not very polished (or fussy / anal) its very laidback, I like it!

Your choice of fonts and color is also well chosen.

The whitecoats below your logo is a nice touch. I think you did a good job. yours is the kind of site that really don't need to look overly polished
