Hi Guys,

I've recently been getting anxious to take a new look at my IA for http://www.indianelectronica.com as the content of the site is changing somewhat to focus more on upcoming Artists - I want to bring their profiles more to the front, as such.

Let me know what you think of the interface and general design; I'm also thinking that the site is a little to static and white.

For me personally, it's a bit too bright. You need some darker colors, or at least something different (orange, red, yellow) .. the gray isn't enough change .. heheh .. that's just my personal preference.

Other than that, it's a really neat and easy to follow design ...

I agree with the colour comments. Consider making the heading on each news item a different colour. Even black would work. This way they stand out more. Consider doing the same with the main menu items.
The yellow rollover effect on both I'm not too fond of either. Yellow on white/grey is rarely a good idea.

But I do agree that the design is excellent. Very neat. The calendar on the bottom right is nice too, with event dates bolded. Very nice.

Nice clean site,, but the white is bugging me,, what about adding an extra color to the scheme??

My opinion:

+ Very Good Layout
+ Not too many colors
+ Obvious navigation

- Content is overly cramped
- Paragraph text has very little line-height and is a
bit hard to read...
- Not obvious as to what your sites about, unless you
read into some of the content... (or assume)

Nice site, I like the overall layout and color scheme. One thing to bear in mind is to maybe spread out your content a bit. Also your html is not valid http://validator.w3.org/check?verbo...ntent/index.php

you need a defining point in your design to say what your site is about, your current design doesnt suite the point of your site.
