It has been a while since i have asked for this

So I have a new website for a band that I am managing. I am not too concerend with the script as of right now, I am more interested as to what you all think about the layout/concept itself. If you do not like something tell me and I will assess it and fix it. Thanks so much for taking the time to check this out.

I like it

Maybe the text can be spread out a bit more when you view a person. People like short bursts of text. I'd also think about reducing the height of header and/or bringing the content higher up the page

I like the colors, but I don't like the setup.

1) The mouseover section (with the bios) looks like it is sized wrong. I don't know if you wanted it that way, but I don't like it. (IE7 and Fx2)

2) The bios section grows/shrinks depending on the size of the biography. That's not good, it needs to be a consistent size.

3) The 'Welcome' message is on every page... it doesn't need to be there, and it pushes the other content (upcoming shows, for example) WAY below the fold.

4) Your HTML looks clean... good job!
