i like the design concept however you need more contrast or color. The white links on the light gray background/table bg color aren't contrasting enough, try working with css styles and maybe throw in more creativity with your banner up top. I like how the layout is conceptualized tho... take my advice and spice it up a bit

More spice is certainly in order. Your site could use some flashy or animation graphics going on. Even something as insignificant as an advertisement banner would liven your pages at current.
