My graphic and web design site

Hi,
Here's a site that I made that will have my work on it and tell people what I do, etc. Some of the sections are blank for now until I come up with some content/portfolio pieces for them. Let me know what you think please. http://www.mattmdesign.com

I like it alot. I'm not much of an expert or anything, but I think it looks good.
Only thing is on my comp (800X600 screen in MIE) there's a horizontal scroll bar. It's only there because the site must be a tiny bit too big. Dunno if it annoys you, but it takes up part of the screen and can somtimes make the site look more cramped.
Just my thoughts.
Great site though, especially like the flash intro.

I am not so sure i agree with jedi. I think the colours are way too bright, it's distracting. the flash seems to serve no purpose as all the links are at the top anyway. I think you need to lighten up the site and tone it down at the same time.

Well it certainly has IMPACT Black & green are a good colour combination but I find this just a bit too brutal. Not sure about the Flash intro - watched it twice and IMO it doesn't add any value to the page.

IMO, tone down the colors. They border on being painful.

The design of the site is unique and I like it quite a bit.

If I were you, I would improve the markup. You are using font tags and tables for layouts. Technically, there is nothing wrong with that, but there are better ways (xhtml/css).

The flash intro is acceptable mainly because it's a graphic designer's site, and thus a demostration of his talents rather than functionality for the site.
