Question Need feedback on 35mm.be please

Hi,

could you give feedback on URL

What do you think of the design? I'm relative new to flash design. I've made the site in my spare time. It's kind of a hobby. Have you any idea what this type of site would cost when it would be created by a professional? In other words, what could this site (especially the design) be worth?

thanks,

Johan

I really really like the image gallery system for "Bo" it's intuitive and it looks good. It scrolls to the right as you move your cursor across it, and it's a simple two click system one to open the pic, one to close it. Seemingly the picture loads as a function of it's transparency. It was clean looking everytime... I'd love to see the AS for that little transition...

The only thing I don't like about this site, is that there is no plain text section or description... you need to remember that flash is not accessed by Search Engines. Another thing, if you are planning on making a photography site for more than one person's photography, you should concentrate on the UI, and the display of different users... from an extensibility standpoint your current design woluld be difficult to look through say 30 or 40 photographers...

A suggestion for that, would be to represent each collection of photographs, with a thumbnail and then use a transition to move to that collection... instead of having a named list of people/things on the right.

Good Luck
