Not a big fan of frames, but it's a alright layout. Some tweaking with CSS will make it better, for example the text link color; blue with black (at the top) don't go along

Looks quite good - not sure about images as links though - and you defninately need alt and text tags in their for people who don't allow images in their browser.

Mouseover effect in the menu don't work in Firefox.

HTML isn't very good either - but it would be interesting to see when their is some content on site.

I like the artist's work but HTML-coding is poor... But... rather good as layout.
