Well... looks like someone is doing a blatant rip-off of Macromedia's website.

Same style of nav... same colour scheme, same sort of layout...

Looks OK, but on the affiliates page there is a "Â" at the bottom that looks out of place. Definitely not the best site I have seen, but nowhere near the worst. Could do with being a bit more interesting colour wise I think, maybe a bit of an accent colour. Does bear quite a resemblance to Macromedias site as a.koepke mentioned though. Perhaps make it a tad more unique.
