first of all i think the gradient bg is too much - soften it down a bit

i personally hate frames - they have homemade webpage written all over it - too much scrolling (both the page and then the frames!)

not a fan of the menu font but maybe thats just me

i also think that aesthetically the little graphics like the bullets and the animated gif are cheesy - all the bullets should at least be consistent

also some photos and other graphics in your main frame would draw peoples attention - theres alot of text in there and nothing drew me into read it

anyway its a start - good lucky and rock on!!
