Please give me critical analysis of my new layout
Hi... I was doing some scripting work for a site we've been doing, and was mortified at the nested table layout filled with nonsense such as <b> and <font> tags all over (as well as around images) and spent an hour on my break making a table free, structurally valid XHTML 1.0 version of the site. The bossman liked it, and we're going to adopt it, but being the perfectionist that I am, I'd like to get some comments/feedback on what I can do to make it better.
At the moment, looks like I need to implement the box model hack for IE and fix some small positioning issues (just like what needs to be spaced out and whatnot), and probably replace that DynamicDrive js menu that was used with something better developed in house by myself (the current one, for reasons unknown to me, breaks in mozilla unless the browser is put into quirks mode, which is why the doctype is excluded in mozilla. the page is www2.wgem.com/index-standard.php . I noticed in mozilla and konqueror, the sky cam images have a space between them and their headers, something I'll work on on my next break. Just be as critical as possible, I want this to be perfect.

2 things.
Provide an alternative for your menu. NO JS -> NO menu. Also, I think your copyright text at the bottom is too small. Otherwise, pretty nice -> thumbs up!
