I think the site looks great!

However, I think it could improve in a couple of usability areas.

When I first arrived at the site it took me entirely too long to figure out what the purpose of the site was. I believe the site is a directory for football links. But there is nothing that really tells me (the user) that. You could improve this by including an introductory statement or maybe refining your tag line. Maybe use the word "directory" instead of link, in the tag line.

Also I wasn't really sure where to start on the website. If you want me to browse the main link directory maybe there should be emphases placed on it. If it popped out visually or was made to look prominent I would realize that it was the heart of the website and that the "Latest Additions" and "Popular Resources" are just sub components of that.

Lastly I think the main menu could use a bit more emphases. Maybe use tabs or a larger font, just something that will make the user immediately realize that it is the main menu.

I hope that was helpful. It looks like you've built a pretty cool site. You might consider running a few low key usability tests on it.

I think one of the reasons that causes the time taken to navigate & read the page, is the amount of movement around the page. Its continually distracting the eye. You have animation in various positions, which causes the most distraction. When animation is included on a site, it is a good idea to keep it localized in one area, and not have too much.

I agree with Dusty, it does need some form of introduction as to what the site is about.

I would say that form buttons are a bit tricky to read, otherwise pretty good.
It would be nice if there was a way to change your entires, as I have made a typo
A lot of errors in the code -> 412 in 50 lines on the page taht I checked, but displays well in Firefox.
