The colour scheme would work without the grey. As this is a formal tax site, I would use white.

The scrolling text is quite annoying. Couldnt you just put that in the news section?

You have headings for deadlines and contact, but not for naviagation, its a small point, but i think it would be more pleasing to the eye.

The content area in the middles cuts into the green bar above. I don't really like that too much. You might be better of putting the navigation link in the green space above below the date and turning the language selection into a drop down box.

The overall appearance is really dampened by all the grey. If thats changed, the site will look really good. It seemed to load quickly on my side as well. Also from a marketing point of view, people like to see real life images. Maybe something in the background of your heading.

Looking at the comments I can see that you have changed your color scheme already. Thant's good. Now you could add some more human presence at the home page. Your site looks like help file. If that's your goal - you have it. If you add abit call to action - that might help.

Supporting of many languages is a tough job but your services page really need some more stuff. Keep the contact us form, but feel free to add live chat to your site - it will increase dramatically your contacts and sales. Even if you are not able to support 24h online chat ...most of the live chat software support off line mode too.

Make your phone numbers more prominant - people will start calling you more often.

Well, the gray should be changed to white and the main title should be in Arial Font instead of TNR.

What title??? you mean that company name right?? i would change that to arial.
