Hey, That's very nice work you did there!

    Just a few suggestions though:
    * The posts' dates' font sizes aren't consistent.
    * Remember that mobile devices don't have "mouse over". Therefore, the hover functionality you have in your nav-bar is irrelevant. You'll have to figure out another way to show a textual description of the menu items, to clarify what the icons mean.

    Good luck!

You have done good design. You should improve menu because it will not work on mobile devices.

    Hi Timo,

I like your website, well done!

Can you get the homepage images optimized?

Because as it is, the first request is kinda slow.

Many pages have a different layout, your website layout is not consistent enough IMO.

For example "Photos" and "Resume" are completely different from "Home" and "Resources"

Nice looking site, but as others have said maybe have a look at changing the fonts?

Your sidebar navigation links are now broken (they've got the url duplicated), and your footer is empty, but not sure if that was the same before.

Finally, perhaps use the same logos for the menu, but put them along the top (no text) for the mobile site. Just make sure the logos are obvious enough, or perhaps add text to the images.

@tim0, Your site looks very simple, it means very easy to understand, this is what I would prefer from a user point of view. I know that design plays a significant role for a website, however the most important thing that everyone should consider more is the availability of information for the visitors on each and every device. That is what I can see on your website. Secondly, there is a little improvement I would like to suggest for your mobile version of your site. Move the logo at the Top-middle position and either bring down the navigation menu under the logo or change the menu style to a simple dropdown "Bar". Additionally, you might want to reconsider the font for your website. Try using "Exo" font as it is one of the fonts recommended by Google.
