Your site looks pretty nice!

Some suggestions:
1. One of the Ads at the bottom is for an 'Adult' service, if you have anyone underage visiting your site, that could get messy.

2. I would consider having just a bit more padding between the vertical sets of boxes .. maybe 1px to 2px.
3. Your 'Free Membership' form is kinda hard to look at, since the form elements are 1px black bordered and so is the table. Consider a mid-gray for the table.
4. The flash gets a bit tiresome, after the index page. Maybe use the flash on the first page and a graphic on each other page. It kinda seems like you're just using flash, to use flash, which isn't that cool (anymore).
