I have done my personal website www.davidtorrent.com about the works and exercices done at university about web developing and others. I would be very glad if you do a little review about it.
Just see the page and say what do you think about design, navigation, usability... The page has an english version.

Perfect. Just two things you may consider but are sheerly stylistic opinion, page is still perfect.

1. What the blue mountain in the top? very abrupt...try to gradient fade it in.

2. Business plan. Developing an e-commerce website. I would make these bullet points small headers <h4> Or if you keep it indent the text below so it all falls just to the right of it.

from my office (uses high speed line) to my house line (dial up) and to starbucks (wifi), finally get to see yr website.

i agree with enzo250gto, mountain looks kinda chopped off. try gradient and feather. else it looks fine. plain and simple.
