This site looks good.

The rotating image (logo) could become an annoying distraction. You can kind of get away with it since it is off-set in the upper right corner.

Some pages provide several paragraphs of long text. This looks overwhelming at first and makes you not want to read these pages (the web design page for example). If there is some way to impact important words so that the site visitor can read one short story in bold text (for example) - this may be helpful. Maybe impact words like "unique", "effective", etc. And make all of the impacted words read one summarizing sentence if possible. Then, the impatient visitors will still read that much and, if interested, will read more for details. This is somthing that I have to work on too on my site.

Otherwise, good job.

At first glance, I would say nice job. The design in unique and I like the color scheme.

After looking at your code, you have a lot of useless tags. Maybe that is because of FrontPage. I won't go into using standards, but I think you need to do some cleaning.
