Lisa......I figured it out!

You must have "Every Visit to the Page" selected in your browser settings. Since that animated jpeg I guess is being downloaded everytime(?) then it keeps blinking on/off the hour glass on the cursor. I duplicated it on my computer.

That is wierd that it is constantly downloading that swish from the server every 1/2 a second or so. Is that what it is doing..... i thought once the images were on your machine that it would go to cache to find them. What do you think?

I do have that setting on; I hate caches....

Are you purposely preloading? That may help but this has pretty much gone way beyond my area of expertise =)

great site man, only one suggestion on apperance, i would try to change the colors to your scroll bar to somthing liek black and grey to match the rest of your site. of course this is just a matter of opinion. if you want to do this and you need help doing so just let me know.
