What the purpose of the images a the top? On Mozilla, at least, they just take up a lot of space (there is a green boxes image, large gray area, then a green gradient).

I can submit blank "Contact" and "Monthly Contest" forms, so you may want to add some validation, too.

Also, if I log in with what I assume is a bad username and password, there's no message displayed. I just get the home page again. You might want to put in a little "Invalid Login" so people know what happened.

The top element is actually Flash navigation, which you probably have disabled and cannot see. In retrospect, perhaps we should povide an alternative element (maybe text/css navigation) if Flash is not installed/available.

Validation and proper messaging (ie. login) are also a good idea. Perhaps we can make it the company's New Years resolution to improve thing, including site-wide content.
