Site Design Tips

I would like some design tips on my web site dev site. I am trying to determine a way to display my customers in a easy way with using thumbnail previews, etc.

First off, if you are serious about the services you are offering, lose the banner adds - or at least make sure they are implemented correctly.
You could really do with a banner / logo on your pages and a nlink back to the front page - navigation is a bit confussing in that way at the moment.
If you are offering web design services, I would suggest coding pages yourself and not using M$Office !!

Hmm.. it took quite a long time to load on my pc - but maybe thats just my connection...

It took 30+ seconds to load on a cable connection.. must be a slow day . I thought thier was a general rule about pages not being anywhere near 1.3MBs

it didnt take that long on mine but u had no content (if there was it didnt load quick enough)
WAY WAY WAY too many adds
and the space for your content was too small it felt squashed like u more interested in the money you could earn from adds

and to be fair once you take out the adds it looks too plain

Your site design has no true active content. Meaning that there is nothing that actually requires the use of flash. You could do this entire site using html and css, which would effectively give you a MUCH faster load.
