I'm not sure if this is the right place for this kind of thing but good job. Everything except those flash buttons and the space at the top looks great. As for the buttons, make it match when the mouse is on or off them. I hope you understand what I'm saying. Good luck.

Site looks pretty good, but there are alot of spelling and grammer mistakes on the front page. I'm not a spelling guru myself, but I thought I'd point it out in case you wanted to fix the errors.

You are linking to images on some pages, such as:
file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Jonathan.Warr/Desktop/etc

Additionally, see screenshot for what your site looks like for users who refuse to install flash.

As MrLev says your main nav buttons have a bad pixel shift happening on rollover. Beginners stuff. The site looks good - like the Flash elements and the pixels fonts on the orange buttons. Talking of fonts - you have too many and its starting to look a mess. Homepage file size clocks in at 187K. 125K is just images. Folks on 56K dialup modems will wait 35-40 seconds for the page to finish loading - most of them will leave after 10-15 seconds. Unless you know your target market are all on broadband then I would say this is way too long.

You have 50 images on the homepage totalling 125K. You could try and optimise those images down in file size in Photoshop/Fireworks. It's going to be difficult as the whole page layout is almost one giant graphic. Depends on how worried you are about the folks on older dialup modems.
