All around a good looking site. I like the use of colors and the site is simple enough to use without overdoing any particular element. I would suggest adding in some multimedia to the site being that its a site based around multimedia. Small flash animations or even BG music might even out the feel.

I think the site is great. Not sure I would change anything. Valid XHTML and CSS. Nice job.

Thanks you guys, it's been suggested that the left menu is too wide. I was thinking about cutting that 'city scape' pic where the white shade starts- but I'm not sure the pic would still have the same effect if I did it.

Good idea. Left menu is really too wide and the pic leaves "doubled" effect.
