OK, first things first.

It really sucks when websites try to resize your browser without warning

Speed wise, front page loads OK, I have ADSL, Firebird!

Way too much flash. Flash should never be used as the only navigation links since not everyone uses flash.

Quite a few of the flash elements took a while to load, you really need to cut down the size of them or put a preloader in there.

um.................

You have all the images/flash intro/music loading at once

it took about 9 seconds to fully load and start the music

and remember: 8 seconds is what ppl say for the time limit people wait for sites to load (otherwise they close the site)

ok. loading screen...Loading Screen...LOADING SCREEN!!!! i wasn't sure when the page was finished loading. use a preloader. something to catch someones attention. this way, they'll stay, you're mountains of flash will load. and I...er...everyone will be happier
