I like it, I dont see whats missing. It might become to crowded if you put anything else on the page.

I think its a good design except 1 thing. The thing that really bugs me with this design is that the dominante part is the menu. The menu is almost bigger then the content. Look at the content font, its way smaller then the menu font. My point is the content should be the part that is dominante <-- spelling?? of the site, not the menu.
