Submission Manager Script

Submission Manager basically manages all submissions from an unlimited number of html forms.

This is only a beta version so not all bells and whistles are implemented. Submission stats will be a feature added in alpha version.

Current features:

-View submissions
-Delete submissions (highlighted upon deletion)
-Sort by form name
-Sort by certain dates
-Display read or unread status
-Export to csv file
-Email individual submissions to admin
-Page views (currently 10 per page)

Give me any feedback that you have, you can leave feedback right on the site.

Also, to make your own submission click on one of the form names which will open the actual html form. Fill it out and then refresh the submission manager. You can now see your submission.
