I'd
1) lighten it up a little.. or perhaps just use a bit more saturation
2) make the menu tabs tighter and more like your other tabs
3) introduce a secondary colour.. either the green or orange of the troupe's shirts
4) change the font of the "RBI's Best and ...."

I agree with a previous poster. Introduce a secondary color such as the lime green of your t-shirts. I was pretty lost however because I had no idea what the site is for.
The website is simple and I like that but it didn't look like something I'd want to spend too much time on.

Um, when is thing going to be finished? Anyhow, I like it fine. I think there could be more interaction with the menu items, instead of just the font color change.
I agree about the font change for the text under the header, especially because it's an image and not text.
Maybe follow the rounded corners around the menu items, as well.

Site could use some detail. The monochromatic scheme lacks interest and visual direction. You want to engage your user, draw them in to your site. What you currently have doesn't direct the user to more content. It's either - in the header menu - or it's... not there? Where can I go for more info?
What you have is a good start but it needs substance to hold your user's attention long enough to see what you're all about.
