i read you are interested in load speed, i got a blistering 0.272 seconds (uk, 600kbps).

As for your design,

I was instantly confused by the huge space with a little google box in it. Therefore i would shift the title and menu graphic to the left, and place a shortened google bar on the right hand-side of the second menu bar. (having your title on the right goes against conventions an thus decreases ease of use, although it does mark you out)

I find the descriptions going with the comments to be very limited, information about, how, why, when etc... would be interesting.

Having your 'menu' and 'who's online' boxes on the left is also different, most people seem to think having it on the right is better for guiding the readers eye (i couldn't care less though )

The file size info in your downloads section seems to say all files are 0Kb

A way to move from page 1 to page 2 etc.. of a section would be good, at the moment you have to click back to the section before, and then go forward again.

last point, it would be look better having the ads and paypal button in another side-bar box.
