It looks pretty, but there are a couple of things that you can do to ensure that you are using the easiest design method possible. Firstly, don't ever let image ready build the code for you, it's messy, commonly invalid, and all around bloated.

What you have could be reproduced by creating a div with the proper padding and margins that set's the text 'seemingly' inside of the background graphic. It's a simple three column layout and it would work perfectly, with one the glish (http://glish.com/css/) layouts. Check them out.

The home page looks great but i prefer the layout being centered. The other pages have some little picks. Like the white background you gave to the text on this page http://fido.neonlinux.com/rhema/gfacts/ghanafacts.html its a little bit awkward.
For the rest.. no problem

I will check the site now, I am not surprised that ImageReady mess the code with Dreamweaver, I wonder if it is a company policy or what?

No, it's not company policy, and even dreamweaver can make clean code, but only if you tell it too.
