which design?

i wasnt sure which design was the best

Hmmm, out of context with what the site is for / market its hard to give an opinion - to be honest I'm not a big fan any of them - the colours of 1-3 are a bit hard and garish whilst 4 lacks structure and isn't very strong.

yea someone else said that about 1-3
4 on the other hand will be changed a bit
its just to give a rough idea mostly about colour scheme the side bars etc
i will be making buttons and there will be a few more little designs going on the page just to liven it up a bit but just a rough ideas, before i work on them more

IMO, the green of 1-3 is way to overpowering. As for version 4, I don't like it. The blue gradient is distracting and I'm not sure the color of the blueish rectangle looks right with the other blues. You need some more or different colors.
