Thanks all for the great feedback. I've decided to go with the majority, and chose 1a. I updated the shading and colours a little and I think it looks pretty nice.

I also go with test 1a because it is different from other and I think it is much better for you.

I love the new test 2. I think the darker green color looks the best and I like the hand in the logo
