I like the intro.
I would suggest changing the font to something that stands out a little more than your current one. You should also have the links highlight when hovered over.

ack! flash intro.. ditch it. it doesn't tell me anything about what fnpsolutions is.. it's just fluffy buzz words that don't really mean anything to me.

i have to click to get to the actual site. and then i find out that it is noisy.. at least it has a thing to turn the audio off.. but i don't think it should be the default. my opinion: don't ever make my computer make noise without my requesting it.

You may consider moving the information on the Services page to the Home page. The first thing that users/visitors/customers will want to see when they get to your site is who you are and what you do.. if they want to find out about the exciting things you are doing with your website, they can read that elsewhere.

To find out what fnpservices does this is what I, as a visitor currently have to do
  • watch a cheesy flash intro that offers no option to skip. all the while, i pretty much ignore everything that the intro says, because i've seen tons of them.. and i'm just waiting for the words 'skip intro' or 'enter' so i can get to the real site.
  • hear ambient music.. look for something to turn music off and click on it.
  • assume from the pictures that this has something to do with medical research or testing.. but keep looking anyway, because pictures can be deceiving.. try to click on the pictures, but find out that they don't do anything.
  • skip the line that starts 'welcome to' and read about how the webmaster is not sure what they want to do with the site. where is the navigation menu, i need to find out who fnpsolutions is..
  • click on Services.. and read 'we at fnp.. strive to provide you with the best and latest technology out there at the least cost to you' which still doesn't tell me who fnpsolutions is or what they do. then 'we provide various services such as custom built computers starting as low as 400 dollars. we also build custom' at this point.. if i am interesting in your other services, but not a custom built computer, i have already left your site, because I would have to scroll to find out more.. and leaving the site is easier than scrolling.

To summarise, the very first thing that shows up in my browser window when i go to your site should provide me with information regarding what services you have to offer.. or something that gives me at least SOME idea.

Send a message via MSN to red hot sheep
I would get rid of the music that plays when you enter
There should also be a skip intro button
You shouldn't be able to scroll down text if there is no more text

Otherwise, its good

now.. i am at home where i do not have flash installed .. no fully compatible version for FreeBSD, so I just don't bother with it..

your site offers nothing to the users without flash.

Well I also have a nuke site

I should add a link on the intro page that says

"if you do not have flash please go here"

but anyhow, I am totally redesigning my flash site. I am now working with a really good gfx designer, we are now a design team

BTW: here is a sneak peek out our new layout http://www.fnpsolutions.com/pics/newsite.png
