Ok, this site started out as just a website for my local Scout Troop, but i decided that there is no easy to use CMS system for Scout troops, and so i decided to make my own. It's still being developed at the moment.

Basically I would like to know things like:
General Errors
Things that iritate you about the site (layout, usage, etc.)
And just about anything that you'd like to say about the site.

BTW, I know that it does not validate to any sort of standard at the moment, but thats because the actual templates were written a while back, before i knew the standards and i haven't had the time to change them.

give the headings a different color, especially the left column, everything appears to be white.

all the warning/copyright stuff should be in small fonts, those are the things that people don't always read.

Have a consistency in picture size, you want the pictures to blend in the the page.

The links and text need some kind of uniformity. The centered text on the left-hand sidebar makes me uncomfortable, and on some pages you switch from centered text to left aligned text.
"Serious Stuff, Fun Stuff" etc. could be a much smaller font. The left sidebar is way too wide, leaving you with little room for the main body text... which forces the user to scroolllllll a lot.
Also the images could be much smaller. Right now it makes the text wrap.
Some cell padding might also be beneficial.

The log at the top is very cool. Good luck!
