Howdy all, I'm new to the forums but I used them a bit getting started on this site. This is my first PHP/MYSQL page. I made it really to just test my skills. I am still very new to PHP, but let me know what you think My friends and I write the articles.

Nothing wrong with it... would suggest however that you use a font of arial or verdana on the site. Times New Roman, doesn't look good on web sites. A bit of CSS would make the site design a bit sweeter.

You can try to fix your width to 750 so that a horizontal scrollbar will not appear in my browser.

i'm using 800 x 600 resolution right now.
