I think the tabs changing colour on each page to be a bit weird

and I don't mean the tab you clicked on, I mean the others.

Well the tab that you click on should change colour and the rest should remain one standard colour.

Well for me the split arrangement continually changing was very distracting, as well as going out of sync at times.

I feel a better arrangent would be a single picture fading slightly slower into the next one.

Also on the display setting I use (1024 x 768) the job pictures were a bit small so perhaps a seperate page diplaying full size pics would be better.

But the design was very clean and easy to look at and overall quite attractive.
