No need for two seperate navigation sets.

On your nav (top) you have a rollover effect, but no rollout effect. It looks out of place to move my mouse over a section and it abrubtly go back to the original.

The bottom line where you have your contact information is a bit cluttered. Try moving the address to a seperate section or below the green bar.

I'd go with a border around your images, even if just 1 pixel wide. Doing so will add a pinch more professionalism and clean it up a bit.

Just some suggestions, g'luck with your site.

Overall I would say the site is nicely done. The code is bloated, but that is what you get with table-based layouts.

I would have to say my only complaint is the menu. As mentioned before, the menu doesn't reset when you move you mouse off a menu item. I don't like flash menus, but that is a personal preference. The way it currently works could present a usability problem.

i disagree maxm, whenever doing a site its a good rule of thumb to have text links at the bottom, 1. if you have flash navigation at the top some people dont have flash player, 2. if people get to the bottom of your page it saves them the trouble of having to scroll up again to navigate it.

i think your overall layout of items is good, but you need to work on making those images fit in better, they look like they were just slapped on there atm.
