Just like your other site, this one looks really good. Same suggestion here for the nav menu though. It just adds a little spice.
Also, I would suggest centering everything. You probably know how to do that, but if not, just set the left and right margins of the main table to auto.

But that's all I've got. It looks good!

Usualy human eye are more concentrated on it's right side, which is the left side of your site, while the left side you have left blank, hence the main theme and the information should be at the left side of your site , where one can give more concentration.

secondly, You should inlarge the size of your central model and probably change of the colour combination can more attract your viewers.

Hi Tony,
I like it! I think this might work for you to stop the repeating background on the left.
Make the body tag look like this:
Code:
<body style="background-image: url(yourbackground.gif); background-position: top left; background-repeat: no-repeat;">
The thing I'm worried about is that you have ended the body and html twice!
Oh by the way, you can only use this code if you put more men in the banner.. I'm kidding! sort of hehehe

I also think it looks great. Few things that are a tad off though:
-Alignment: I'd suggest throwing it to the top left corner. Upon doing so, maybe add a shadow on the right side, maybe half the size of the one at the bottom.
-Axe Empty Space: On the bottom portion of the green and gray areas there's dead space abound. Fill it up with some form of graphic or something spicy.
-Match Your Ad(s): When logged into your Google account, you're able to change the colors to properly fit your site. The current blue shades don't match the green/gray and could use some attention.

Best of luck!
