Hey,

Just thought I would post this up to see if I can find any negative feedback. Anyone spot any browser issues with the site, etc?

TIA

The pages which involve forms (i.e http://www.htaccessmanager.com/bug-report.html) have a big gap between the last paragraph of writing and the actual form. The form only starts where the left navigation image ends.

Using firefox 1.0

bug-report.html renders fine for me using Firefox 1.0 PR... this may be a bug with 1.0 (unfortunately I haven't updated this comp yet :/)

I get the gap on firefox 1.0 also, i would say the problem would be in your css with your use of clear: both on several occasions, i would have a look, but your css is rather bloated and i'm a bit out of practice

might i also point out that your choice of colour, darker blue on lighter blue, for your main text, is very bad in terms of readability, it's usually considered best to go for maximum contrast, to help us mole like people

other than needing a doctype (which could also be the cause of your problems on the bug report page), things are looking pretty good

PS: I forgot to ask, for those who did have problems with Firefox and the forms, could you kindly let me know which screen resolution you are using as it may help in fixing the problem.

Thanks again.

Ok, I have now added the Doctype, in doing so this identified a couple of missing div tags which may have been the problem with Firefox and misaligned forms.

However I was unable to see the problem in my Firefox before hand so I would appreciate a retest.

the problem is still there , as i said before, it's most likely to be a css problem, especially as when i turn styles off the problem vanishes.

i would take a look at css rules such as:

PHP Code:
 div#formStyle div.formRow {

clearboth;

padding-top5px;
      }

p.s. why haven't you updated to firefox 1.0 yet?
