i had this site on her a while ago, and i have made some changes in accordance with the feedback i recieved. Please have a look, and tell me what you think/how you think it could be made better.

Well, it looks OK, its easy to navigate etc, not partiularly impressing, though not particulary ugly

It would look a lot better with Verdana as the font, size 13

firstly thanks for replying.
anyway, i ve made a few changes and removed that annoying "loading" popup box, and i have decicded to stick with the current font, but thanks anyway for the suggestion.
any more suggestions, please keep them coming

The site's not too bad, but it could do with a bit of jazzing up.
The title has the link border around it cause u've linked it to the main page. Get rid of that by
Also, put the link pics closer together... they look odd with the large gap between them.
Also, it would look better if your webhosting plan was text with a border rather than an image. It also makes it easier for search engines to locate the site and pick out relavent information.
Finally, you could try and add more colour, maybe backgrounds to the tables, etc.

your buttons on the left take way too long to load. they are 32k each. They really need to be optimised. The site looks really bland. I was checking to see if the css had not loaded properly. Why are you using frames? Overall i think you need to get some colour going. I just keep getting the feeling I am looking at the wrong page.
