i have had this site on once before, but i have made some BIG changes to it. Last time it was critique-ified i was told the site was average, "not ugly but not pretty". Hopefully i have sorted that out now. There are a few small changes planned for the future, but this is close to the final design, so please have a look, and tell me what you think!

You seem to have advanced to ugly (see attachment) I also see something rather horrific...
You call yourself a hosting company and you dont host yourself?

Why is it raining indoors?

I usualy try to find a good point when I critique a website but I am at a total loss here.

as you will see in my post in the web hosting forum, i am currently setting up new servers, so it is temporarily hosted there. It is hosting that a membe rof my family had through an isp, but was not using, its very fast and reliable, so it seemed logical to use it temporarily.

In regard to "it being ugly" i have taken it down so i can redesign it already, because i would rather have no site temporarily than possibly customers thing it "was ugly" na not choose me.

i will try and sort it out, so thanks for commenting, but btw, your img looks very different to my site. it looks like someone has been modifying that picture to me, unless youre just seeing somerhing differetn to me

Nope no-ones been modifying the piture. I still dont see why a hosting company needs to be hosted, are you just a reseller?
