The design is nice and simple.

I have a suggestions/thoughts, though many are not vital.
1. I'm assuming you are learning to develop a web site. I only wish they weren't teaching you to use tabular layouts. Since tables weren't designed for layouts, they should be avoided. Your design lends itself nicely to a two column div setup. Check out this article: http://nemesis1.f2o.org/articles

2. In your CSS file you try to change the look of the scroll bar. I would recommend against this as it is a proprietary "feature" for IE only.

I'm a firm believer in web standards, but I know it isn't for everyone. Nice job on the site. Keep it up.
