A redesign of the web site is currently underway so needing opinions on the current design before we start work on the new one.

Would like to get as much input on everything possible including design, layout, graphics, functionality, conversion tips, SEO and anything else you'd care to add.

Well, I didn't look at it in detail, but at a glance it looked easy on the eyes. I did not see any flaws with the design or layout. One note though, there was an error reported in your CSS code, it has to do with filter. Functionality and navigation looked simple enough (though I only looked at the one page).
