PLease crique for the following:
1. design
2. layout
3. functionality
4. navigability

Notice the following:
1. Home page load time...flash - I would like to load entire page first then flash.
2. Trading Community - the search feature, when you rollover top nav the search functions disapper...I believe its an IE problem?? It could be a dhtml problem with the nav.

Home page load time is awful, took me 10 seconds to load while at work (t3 line maybe). If I happened to stumble across this site, I would have never would have waited for it to load.

Everything else is really nice.

The overall design in quite nice. Nice colors and overall layout.

As for the loading time. It took over 30 seconds. I'm on dialup, but that's too long. Check out the Web Page Analyzer. Enter the URL and it will give you some time estimates along with some other general warning/recommedations. It's a pretty useful tool.

The drop down menu seems to go behind the flash which means the menu is useless. I'm running Firefox on Win XP.
